By using the Gridow Enterprise Service Free Trial Account, I agree to be bound by these Gridow Terms and Conditions.

Acceptance

1. Welcome to Gridow. By using or accessing Gridow products, software, data feeds, content, and services provided to you on, from, or through Gridow website, you agree to be bound by this Gridow Terms and Conditions , and the Privacy Policy of Gridow. The “Content” includes the text, software, scripts, graphics, photos, sounds, music, animations, slide compilation, videos, interactive features, and other materials you may view on, access through, or contribute to the Service. If you do not accept these terms of service in their entirety, you may not access or use the site or the service.

2. You affirm that you are 13 years old or older. Additionally, if you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you represent that your legal guardian has reviewed and agrees to these Terms of Service. If you are under 13 years of age, please do not use the Service.

3.Gridow reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or revise these Terms of Service and policies at anytime. You agree to be bound by such change of the Terms of Service. Registration

1. In order to access certain features of the Service, you will have to create a Gridow account. You must provide the accurate and complete information to create your account, and keep that information correct up-to-date. You are responsible for safeguarding your account password. You agree that you will be solely responsible for any activities or actions taken under your password, whether or not you have authorized such activities or actions. You must immediately notify Gridow of any unauthorized use of your account or any bleach of security of which you are aware.

2. Gridow will not be liable for your losses caused by unauthorized use of your account; however, you may be liable for the losses of Gridow or others due to such unauthorized use.

3. You may never use another’s account without permission.

General Use – Obligations

1. You agree not to circumvent, disable or otherwise interfere with features of the Service relating security that prevent or restrict use or copying of any Content. 

2. You agree not to alter or modify any part of the Service.

3. You agree not to access Content through any technology or means other than the embeddable player or the playback pages of the Service or other explicitly authorized means Gridow offers.

4. You agree not to distribute in any medium any part of the Service or the Content without Gridow’s prior authorization in writing, unless Gridow makes available the means for such distribution through functionality offered by the Service (Such as the embeddable player, or the sharing function to a social network web application). 

5. You agree not to use the Service for any of the following commercial uses unless obtain Gridow’s prior authorization in writing:

A. The sale of access to the Service.

B. The sale of advertising, sponsorship, or promotions placed on or within the Service.

6. Prohibited commercial uses do not include:

A. Stream or submit original Content or maintaining an original channel on Gridow to promote your business or artistic enterprise.

B. Any use that Gridow expressly authorizes in writing.

7. You agree not to submit, stream, email, or otherwise transmit, via the Site or Services, any Content or User Submissions that are unlawful, obscene, harmful, threatening, harassing, defamatory or hateful, invade the privacy of any third party, contain nudity, deceptive, abusive, inciting of unlawful action, libelous, vulgar or violent or are otherwise objectionable in the opinion of Gridow..

8. You agree not to access, search, meta-search in a manner that sends more request messages to the Gridow server by any automated system such as “robots”, or ”offline readers” than a human can reasonably produce by a conventional browser within the same period of time..

9. You agree not to collect or store personal data about other users without their express permission.

Your Use of Content

1. You agree that Content specifically provided by Gridow, its users, and/or its partners is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, trade secret, or other proprietary rights under the law.

2. The Content is provided to you as is for personal use or your information through the provided functionality of the Service. You shall not download any Content unless Gridow specifically offers the download function as part of the Service for that Content. Except the prior written consent of Gridow or the respective licensors of the Content, you shall not reproduce, modify, adapt, prepare derivative works based on, perform, display, publish, distribute, transmit, broadcast, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any Content for any other purposes.

3. You understand that when using the Service, the Content you are exposed to may be submitted by diverse sources. Gridow is not responsible for the correctness, safety, appropriateness, or intellectual property rights of or relating to such Content. Gridow does not endorse any user submitted Content or any opinion, recommendation, or advice therein and you agree to waive any legal or equitable rights or remedies you have or may have against Gridow to indemnify Gridow, its owners, operators, affiliates, licensors, and licensees to the fullest extent allowed by law regarding all matters related to your use of the Service.

User Submissions

1. The Service may provide a Gridow registered user with the ability to submit, upload, stream, email, publish, disclose, distribute, post, or otherwise transmitting (hereafter, “submitting”) any Content . You retain all of your ownership rights in your Content.

2. You shall not provide Gridow with any confidential or propriety information that you desire or are required to keep secret. Gridow does not guarantee any confidentiality with respect to any Content you submit. Gridow will have no responsibility or liability for and you are solely responsible for creating back-ups of your submissions.

3. You agree the Content you submit to the service will not infringe the intellectual property rights or violate the privacy rights of any third party (including without limitation copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or moral right or right of publicity).

4. You shall be solely responsible for your own Content and the consequences of submitting your Content on the Service. You warrant that you own or have the related licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to publish Content you submit, and you authorize Gridow to make use of such Content in the manner contemplated by the Service and these Terms of Use.

Termination and Suspension

You and Gridow agree that any cause of action arising out of or related to the services must commence within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues otherwise, such cause of action is permanently barred.

User agrees Gridow to send all kinds of activities, courses and products marketing EDM or product or service-related messages to my email address given in the process of participating in this activity, except but also the manner it deems appropriate by telephone or other means of communication to provide various types of activities, courses and product related marketing messages.
